Ultrasound

FINALLY, we got to see our baby on Monday. It was ultra fabulous. Aside from the fact that I had a headache, threw up, and of course had to pee this was the best day ever. There is only one little red bean, goober, peanut, whatever you want to call the baby inside of me. The baby has so many names because Maggie's children are referred to as "bean" and now "pinto" so I thought it would be funny to reference mine as red bean. Then peanut came up and my mother in law fancies the term goober as another word for peanut :)
The baby is already taking after dad:
Can I just note that the length of Kolby's hair in this picture is RIDICULOUS....Maggie and Kylie wanted him to have his fro for their wedding, it's just so him, but I tried to tell them this was too long...no one would listen. Now looking back I was totally right ;)

Best Valentine's Day Ever

Yesterday was our first Dr. appointment. It was awesome. We are thrilled with our doctor and couldn't say enough good things about her. We have to wait another week to get and ultrasound, but we did get to hear the heartbeat. That was music to my ears! It was probably the coolest thing I've ever experienced thus far. I'm so excited for the ultrasound I can hardly stand it!

Faith

Just want to say congrats to the whole Reid and Fox family for the beautiful addition to their family. I told Maggie that I'm extremely jealous that I don't get to meet her in person yet, she just looks so huggable! Here is Annie's blog if you haven't been up to date on what is going on. Continue to pray for little Ollie.

Unstoppable

This weekend we are taking the youth group to Youth Xplosion 2011. It's going to be amazing. The theme of the mini convention is Unstoppable. Meaning that this generation, when they fully give their heart to Jesus will be unstoppable. I feel like this is just the thing my group needs. So many of them are walking on the edge, they love God with all of their hearts, but they don't know how to live that out daily. This is just the push they need to live for Jesus 100%. Please be in prayer this weekend that lives are changed, I know they will be!

Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity. ~ 1 Timothy 4:12
